how we work
Our engagement model starts with us carrying out a Current State Analysis (CSA) of your requirements. Typically this will involve us placing a team of IT business experts on your site to work with whichever business area/s are causing you concern either in run up to a new project initiation or to help identify why an existing project is failing to meet your desired needs.
Typically the team will consist of a number of skill sets from process and business analysts to program and project managers. The length of time required for a CSA will depend on the complexity and scale of the project and whether it has commenced or not.
