Program management is an often misrepresented area of expertise, vague even to management professionals. But not to us.
Program Management is the discipline of managing a group of interdependent projects or a single large scale project with multiple dependencies. Projects often hit problems because a Project Manager with little experience of managing at program level is thrust into the position of Program Manager.
At Curstan Systems our Program Managers have up to 20 years experience of managing interdependent issues across a multitude of projects – including the complexities surrounding cost control, scheduling and technical performance.
Typically we offer a packaged solution that will encompass a team of people including Project Manager/s and Project Coordinator/s - all led by a Program Manager. We can work with your PMO or supply one. It’s up to you.
